I graduated from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide) in 2011 and was involved in the Alabama Navigators all 4 years of college. When I signed up to work for the Navigators, they shipped me off to Colorado State University, where I worked for 7 years and met Lea! Lea graduated from Colorado State University in 2019 and was a part of the Colorado State Navigators throughout her whole college career. We got married in December of 2018 and moved from Colorado to Indiana to launch the Ball State Navigators in July of 2019. We have three kids, Lucille, Theodore & Juniper. I love The Beach Boys and reading books to Lucy, Teddy and Junie! We’re Enoch and Erin Wells. We both got involved with the Navigators as students, Enoch as a student at the University of Illinois, and Erin did as a freshman at Ball State. In the summer of 2023, we both went to the Navigators Summer Training program, became good friends, and started dating the following year. Enoch moved to Ball State to join staff from Illinois in the Fall of 2024, Erin joined staff in the fall of 2025. We got married this summer on May 9th, 2026! In Navigators, we both loved meeting with someone who mentored us, and we served on our respective student leadership teams, and grew alongside some incredible friends. Enoch loves getting to know students, exploring the Bible with them, and playing sports with guys on campus. I’m 25 and graduated from Ball State University in 2023 with a bachelor’s in Public Relations. I’m going into my fourth year working for the Navigators and am so excited to spend another year discipling college students and helping them grow closer to God. While I was a student, Lea discipled me and her intentionality meant so much to me and I want to be that person for others.
