MEET THE STAFF!

Logan & Lea Watson

Hey, I’m Logan! I graduated from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide) in 2011 and was involved in the Alabama Navigators all 4 years of college. When I signed up to work for the Navigators, they shipped me off to Colorado State University, where I worked for 7 years and met Lea! Lea graduated from Colorado State University in 2019 and was a part of the Colorado State Navigators throughout her whole college career.  We got married in December of 2018 and moved from Colorado to Indiana to launch the Ball State Navigators in July of 2019. We have three kids, Lucille, Theodore & Juniper. I love The Beach Boys and reading books to Lucy, Teddy and Junie! Lea loves to paint, bake and go on walks with the kids.

Laura Hall

Hi, I’m Laura! I’m 24 and graduated from Ball State University in 2023 with a bachelor’s in Public Relations. I’m going into my third year working for the Navigators and am so excited to spend another year discipling college students and helping them grow closer to God. While I was a student, Lea discipled me and her intentionality meant so much to me and I want to be that person for others. In my free time, I love going to concerts, reading, cooking and going on walks.

Trevor McCoy

Hey I’m Trevor and this is my second year on staff with the Navigators! I graduated from Ball State in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. I joined the Navs my freshman year and fell in love with reaching the lost through disciple-making. I’m excited to be on staff at Ball State and continue to share the gospel throughout campus! In my free time, I enjoy playing pickleball, watching football and going to the gym.

Natalie Beall

My name is Natalie and I graduated from Ball State in 2024 with a degree in Music Education. As a student involved with the Navigators, I thoroughly enjoyed the fellowship and community. The bible studies and discipleship pairings helped me grow much deeper in my faith. In my free time I enjoy exploring new coffee shops, making playlists, and playing games with friends. I’m so excited to continue serving and discipling students at my alma matter!

Enoch Wells

Hi! My name is Enoch and I graduated in 2023 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. After taking a gap year working for a tree care company, God opened the door for me to come on staff with the Navigators at Ball State. I decided to intern with Navs because discipleship has helped me grow so much in my relationship with God, and being involved as a student in the ministry brought me so much joy and fulfillment. Im excited for the opportunity to serve full-time with Ball State Navs! In my free time I love playing sports and taking photos.

Abby Johnson

Hi! My name is Abby and I just graduated from BSU with my bachelor’s degree in elementary education. I have always had a passion for teaching whether that’s kids or adults. I joined the BSU Navs my sophomore year and have loved it ever since. The fellowship and discipleship relationships I have been apart of these past three years have helped me grow as a person but also my relationship with God. In my free time I enjoy crafting, playing games, and reading.

Carson Dossey

Hey guys! My name is Carson Dossey and I’m going into my first year with the Navigators at Ball State! I’ve been absolutely blessed by the Navigators and what the Lord has done through them. I cannot wait to continue bringing the good news of Jesus to campus and meeting all of you. In my free time I love playing sports and creating music. I’m super excited for this upcoming year and can’t wait to share God’s love! God bless!

Erin Beyer

Hi Friends! I’m Erin. I graduated early from Ball State in May 2025 with a major in Sociology and a minor in Counseling.  This year, I’m stepping into my first year on staff with the Navigators after being involved with the ministry throughout my three years in college. I joined staff because of how deeply I was pursued, discipled, and loved by Navigator students and staff. Their investment grew my faith and showed me what it means to walk alongside others in their journey with Christ. Now, I’m excited to meet new students and continue building meaningful relationships! In my free time, I enjoy making coffee, going on walks, playing just dance, being outside, cooking, doing puzzles, and hanging with my roommates and friends.
